Take N.O.T.E.S.

Take N.O.T.E.S.(Nursing Opportunity to Educate Students)
This five-session program involves a full day commitment for each session. Session one consists of a mandatory hospital orientation, followed by four weeks of clinical experience. Clinical days consist of two parts. Mornings are spent shadowing a professional nurse, and afternoons are spent at educational seminars. The seminars will cover a variety of health topics and nursing and advance practice roles.

  • Complete application form
  • Complete health form
  • Complete hospital orientation
  • Provide one written recommendation
  • Provide a photocopy of picture identification
